Youngchuan district food factory, Chongqing city

The Youngchon district food factory in Chongqing city, a modern food-sortery production company that combines research and development, production and sale, is located in the town of Chongqing, in the village of Tieshan, on the Nagakawa street, and produces a total of over 60 individual products, with an annual production of over 8,000 tons. The Youngchon foods were created in 2000 as a unit of the Vice-President of the Soyuzumi Industry Association, a family workshop founded in 1930 by Song Ziyong (year of birth: 1885-1948). Its fifth generation progeny, Song Jun, is listed as a representative heir to the municipal intangible cultural heritage project, "Nagakawa Bean Brewery Technology". In November 2014, the King's food was recognized as “the second demonstration base for the productive protection of the intangible cultural heritage of the city of Chongqing”; in July 2018, with the support of the Central Fund for Local Science and Technology Development, the Youngcheon Soya Industrial Technology Institute was established; in June 2019, the King's Yongcheon Soya and sweet sauce were identified by the China Green Food Development Centre as “green food class A products”; and in August 2019, the King's trademark was awarded the title “Chongqing Old Language” by the Chongqing City Commercial Council.
