Founded in 1999 as a provincial agro-industry that combines production, research and development and sales, and as an agro-ecological recycling enterprise, the FUNCO Food Company is one of the local production bases for food dehydration and vegetable production in the FUNCRE market, with an area of 20,000 square metres, fixed assets of over 43 million yuan, employees of 410 persons, researchers and developers of 26 persons and institutes. The company has completely new production equipment and improved detection methods, and it has adopted ISO 9001-2000 certification, HACCP certification, Jewish certification and BRC certification. Every year, various types of dehydrated vegetables and spices are produced. More than 7,000 tons of dehydrated vegetables are produced annually, products are sold to more than 20 countries and regions in Korea, Taiwan, Europe and elsewhere, and partnerships have been established with four top 500 enterprises worldwide. In 2013, sales revenues were more than 150 million and exports generated more than $10 million. Corporations have been focusing on outward-oriented agricultural development, targeting the development of non-hazardous agricultural products with efficiency gains and green foods, increasing scientific and technological inputs and leveraging the advantages of modern agriculture and industry. Towards a standardized production base for dehydrated vegetable raw materials of 15,000 acres, promoting the restructuring of the local agricultural industry and making it a reality
